Evaluations and putting them together

It turns out I can run 10k without too much problem; I’m not fast, buts it’s not too much of a problem. The ride was a bit gruelling; 40k on bike is not the most fun thing I can think of, however, I could do them both individually, it was now time to bring them together.

Working on the same principal as the swimming I wanted to run and ride properly so I started asking all the people I knew for help, it was defiantly forthcoming.

I just need now to weed out the chaff, put together some training plans while also seeing if I could cycle and run the distance.
