Honeymoon is over, back to Bristol but psyched to train.

Back to home and work I am still keen to carry on swimming with the aim simply to be a slick as I could and feel as if I could swim as much as I wanted. It turned out that actually I got a little excited, so in excited in fact I booked the Dart 10k. 10 thousands metres of swimming, 4hours if your average, outside in a river during a a tide change; committing to say the least.

Time to get in the pool and see how things work out.

I have planned 2 sessions a week, 1 working on technique and 1 working on maximum distance and/or speed depending on my mood.
